Shuttles will be running from the Kissel Hotel to SMU starting Friday, October 20th @ 9:30 am. They will depart every 30 min during the weekend.
The conference hotel block is sold out. Below are two hotels close to the Kissel.
Located just a seven-minute walk from the Kissel Hotel. Nestled in Oaklands Arts and Entertainment District, The Moxy Hotel greets travelers with a spirited and fun guest experience.
The Oakland Marriott City Center– An eight-minute drive to the Kissel Hotel.
The garages below are a short walking distance from where the Fall Meeting will take place (SMU’s Health Education Center @ 400 Hawthrone Ave, Oakland CA.)

EXHIBIT REPRESENTATIVES –
Per CANA policy, you may have up to 2 exhibitor representatives at your table. Any additional representatives must register for an additional $ 50 each.
Friendly reminder that the space is a 6’ table top exhibit. Your exhibit items may not go beyond the allotted space, approximately 8’W x 4’D (6’ table and 1’ gap on either side). Your table will be draped with linen and 2 chairs will be provided, 3 for those who’ve paid for an extra representative.
EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE –
Friday, October 20
Exhibitor Move-In 10:00 am – 2:15 pm (A shuttle will leave the Kissel starting at 9:30 am & depart regularly throughout the day)
Break with Exhibitors 2:15 – 2:45 pm
Exhibitor Reception & Fair| 5:00pm – 6:00pm: One of our most popular events, this is your opportunity to connect with all our meeting attendees. During the event, we will be holding a raffle filled with prizes donated by our generous exhibitors. Exhibitors who have a prize to give away will get to say a few words about their company and draw a name for a winner. Great opportunity for extra exposure for your company – don’t miss out!
How it works: Upon check-in, each exhibitor will receive raffle tickets to pass out to attendees as they visit your booth. During the fair, all attendees will walk around and visit each booth to receive the raffle ticket Attendees will be asked to drop their raffle tickets into our raffle box towards the end of the fair. Remember, exhibitors who donate a prize will be the ones to draw a name from the basket and announce the attendee winner. During this time at the mic, exhibitors will get a chance to speak about their company and share a few words about what you provide!
Prizes: If you’re interested in donating a prize: please let us know by October 13th, for us to get an accurate count of the number of winners. Prizes will need to be dropped off to the registration desk onsite by 4:30pm on Friday, October 20.

All boxes are to be labeled with the Conference Name and Company Name. Packages should arrive no later than Wednesday, October 18th. Packages will be delivered to the appropriate booths at SMU on 10/19/23.
Tear-down / Shipping-out: Exhibitors are responsible for printing out pre-paid shipping labels, packing up, taping up, and shipping out all of their items.
