Thank you for registering for the upcoming CANA Annual Fall Meeting 2021, October 15-17, 2021 at the DoubleTree Berkeley Marina.

Lodging
If you haven’t already be sure to book your room at the conference hotel, the DoubleTree Berkeley Marina.
Room Rate (not including taxes and fees):
- Single / Double Occupancy: $209/night
- Tripe Occupancy: $229/night
- Quadruple Occupancy: $249/night
Cut-off Date: September 23, 2021*
*The discounted room rate will be available until this date or until it’s sold out.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the CANA meeting or any separate ticketed event, please email your cancellation to info@canainc.org.
Cancellation Fees:
- 31 days or more prior to event (September 14): A $25 transaction fee will be deducted from the cost of the registration/ticket fee; the remainder will be refunded.
- 16-30 days prior to event (September 15 – September 29): 20% of cost will be deducted from the cost of the registration/ticket fee; remainder will be refunded.
- 15 or fewer days prior to event (September 30 – October 17): no refund will be provided because the expense of your anticipated participation has already been incurred.
